We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Contract Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mobile, AL, contributing to the efficient functioning of our administrative processes.

Position Overview: As a Contract Business Secretary, you will be the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.

Responsibilities:

​

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other documents for meetings.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, redirecting them appropriately.

  • Maintain and organize filing systems, databases, and records.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.

  • Facilitate communication between different departments and teams.

  • Undertake general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

Qualifications:

​

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.

Requirements:

​

  • High school diploma: additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within [industry/sector].

  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.

Compensation: Starting Pay: $12-15 per hour
